In December 2021, the International Human Rights Defense Committee was restructured in order to further cooperation with state and international structures. The restructuring was carried out taking into account the preservation and inheritance of all the company’s obligations until December 2021. This implies the preservation of legal force in all previously signed agreements and decrees.
Changes were made to the composition of the IHRDC-CIPDH board of directors, registration address, EIN, organization name, and the internal organization of the subcommittees.
