Employees of the IHRDC-CIPDH Azerbaijan Branch visited the Alley of Honor in Baku and laid flowers at the grave of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
“Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, was born 100 years ago. Having honored his memory, we pay tribute to his activities aimed, among other things, at strengthening and expanding friendly relations between France and Azerbaijan,” the director of the IHRDC-CIPDH Azerbaijan Branch ALAKBAROV FIRDOVSI emphasized.
The people of Azerbaijan entered a new era in the 1990s thanks to the wisdom of Heydar Aliyev. It was as a result of Heydar Aliyev’s determination, dedication and tireless efforts that social and political stability was established in the country, the foundation for economic development was laid, in September 1994, despite internal and external pressure, the “Contract of the Century” was signed, foreign investments were attracted to the country , the mechanism of state administration has been established, a regular army has been created, large-scale political, legal, economic, social and cultural reforms have been carried out.
The IHRDC-CIPDH emphasizes that today, under the decisive leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, who successfully implements the ideas of Heydar Aliyev, the Republic of Azerbaijan is experiencing a blessed era in terms of political stability, economic strength, social welfare and a strong army that writes history. Azerbaijan has acquired the status of an influential and reliable partner country, and this once again confirms that the ideology of statehood of Heydar Aliyev is a direct guarantor of the current and future development of the country.
