‘INVESTMENT IS REQUIRED IN RENEWABLE ENERGY’
Madam Suzana Tuneva, said that there is a need for investment in renewable energy in Macedonia regarding the current investment opportunities in North Macedonia. In her statement, Tuneva said, “We are looking for investors in wind energy, solar energy, hydroelectric and similar fields. Macedonia is especially very rich in terms of geothermal resources. I greatly appreciate Mrs. Atasoy’s endeavors around the world and we follow her work with interest. It is essential for us to increase exports and imports between our countries. In this regard, we would like to host a delegation from ULUSKON in a forum that will be held in our country, in an event where ambitious businessmen and businesswomen will gather in the coming term.”
President Atasoy, on the other hand, accomplished immediate contact with some companies that could evaluate the country’s geothermal resources and export medical equipment to North Macedonia as well. “Madam Tuneva contacted potential buyers in North Macedonia and conveyed their demands and questions of business people who want to invest. It was a pleasure to host her here today.” Atasoy said.
