Emergency situations are officially introduced in Kazakhstan. Closed all public and private organizations. Only grocery stores work. Volunteers of the CIPDH organisation carry out the delivery of products for the people and arrange free distribution of food as part of the Nauryz holiday. The CIPDH staff also held lectures for students at the Police Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for military personnel in military unit No. 7552 “Ultyk Ulan”
